By submitting User Content, you grant Biogroove a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you submit
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in phishing, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Collect personal information without consent
• Promote violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Post sexually explicit content involving minors
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots) without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Biogroove and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

• Paid features require a valid subscription and payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy
• We use Stripe for payment processing; their terms also apply

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your User Content
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for third-party content linked from user pages.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIOGROOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biogroove and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

For EU/UK users: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or your right to bring claims in your local courts.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For EU/UK users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Biogroove
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent
